Meet Julia, a 2-year-old black Dachshund mix found tied to a fence outside of a shelter.  This sweet girl is full of milk so she had obviously given birth recently, but no puppies were found.  Julia currently weighs 36 lbs, but her ideal weight will be around 30 lbs.
