Meet Halo, a 3-year-old black and white brindle Dachshund rescued by DRSF after she was hit by a car.  She came to us with a broken pelvis, a horribly infected wound, and heartworm positive.  Despite all of the pain she must be in, her tail never stops wagging.  She’s a 16 lb ‘tweenie’ who has months of recovery ahead of her, but will receive anything and everything she needs.
