11/11/14: When we first took Weston home. he was very scared and timid of everything but he is definitely getting more comfortable around the house. He is nervous around new people at first, but after a couple minutes and a few treats, he will let you pet and hold him. Anyone that will sit on his favorite couch with him becomes his friend. Weston loves to give kisses, loves getting belly rubs, and loves sleeping on your lap. He is a super sweet boy who wants lots of love!

8/3/14: We have had Winston for approximately two weeks.  He took some time to warm up to us.  Winston would probably do best in a home with no other pets or  small children, although he is slowly warming up to our two cats.  He is rather timid, he likes to play “falling goat” as we call it.  When you reach down to pet him, poof he is on his back with his feet in the air.  Winston does not like to be hugged.  He does kennel very easily when we leave.  Although he would prefer to come with as he loves to go for car rides.   Also, he has never had an accident in the house.  He does sleep in his bed at night beside our bed.  Winston loves to be outdoors, he will go to the door like he has to go potty and then will get out side and just lay down in the sun like he is sun tanning.  Winston does not really play unless he is in the mood and it’s on his terms.
    Winston does bark in his sleep and when you turn the light on and wake him, he seems like he feels bad but he goes right back to sleep.  He will alert you if he hears someone pull up to the house or if he has been sleeping hears someone wondering through the house.
    Overall, Winston is a wonderful buddy that likes to chill and hang out with the family.
