Meet sweet Opal: she is a smooth coated love bug with a glorious golden coloring. Opal loves to go for walks, does well on a leash, is a great hunter as every doxie is, and is the perfectly housetrained little Miss. She is a little shy if she doesn’t know you too well, and she can be a little protective of her human companion, though she has been working on that. She is perfectly content to sleep in her bed at night.

While she enjoys larger dogs, she does not do well with smaller ones if put in a situation where there is a chance for competition of affection; she can be a little protective of her objects and doesn’t quite know how to share. She also does not take to cats. However, as an only dog or a companion to a larger dog, Opal would be very much at home. If you are looking for that perfect buddy, for long walks and nice snuggles, Opal is your gal. Opal is very good with people, she is the people’s pet!  Please inquire with DRSF for further information.
