Woof! Do you have tons of love, patience & a desire to help others? If so, check me out. I'm one lucky dachsie to be part of DRSF. But, I do have a few areas that I could use your help in improving. I've been doing really well since my foster family has been working with / training me, but I will need my loving furever family to continue to work with me so I can become the best dachsie I can be. I will need a family with experience to help me overcome these issues that were caused by a difficult past. I am learning that with time, I can trust and love you. I have a lot of love to offer, but I would apprecitate the time and space that allows me to do it on my own. My foster family even says I have become playful and silly!  I'm sure I can do it with your help.

On a pawsitive note, I am good with other doggies, I just need a little time to get used to everyone. I'm really not a fan of the feline family, so I'd really prefer not to live with them as I'm sure they'd appreciate not having to put up with me too! I think I would do best in a home with kids in their teens, while the younger kids are adorable, their sudden movements and levels of activity are a little startling to me.

If you are the family for me, I can't wait to meet you so we can take this journey together. Check me out to learn more & fill out an adoption app. I'll be waiting...

If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the DRSF Online Adoption form.

My adoption fee covers all my (prior) vet care (adopter receives vet records).  For more information refer to the DRSF Adoption Fee page.
