Meet Dregger! This sweet 2-3 year-old boxer mix is just a complete love bug who would do great in an active household with or without other dogs. Sadly, Dregger has had a rough few months and is incredibly underweight. He weighs just 40 pounds right now, but we are in the process of fattening him up! We aren't sure how he would do around the kiddies or kitties, but ask and we can try to find out!
A cuddly and sweet boy, Dregger can get jumpy and mouthy when excited, so he would really excel with an owner who can guide him and teach what to do and how to do it. In the process, you will truly get a best friend.
Dregger enjoys long walks and runs and playing with squeaky toys. He would love to find a home just in time for the holidays. Could you be his fur-ever home??
Like most shelter dogs, Dregger may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.
The adoption fee for this dog is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, and heartworm treatment. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Kristen at kristenn@luckydoganimalrescue.org!
Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament.

BE A FOSTER!!! Fosters make it possible for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue to save and care for homeless and abandoned dogs! To learn about fostering dogs, please contact us at info@luckydoganimalrescue@org!
DREGGER NEEDS SPONSORS TO HELP WITH HIS HEARTWORM TREATMENT!!!!! Heartworm is not contagious to people or other pets. After being treated, dogs who were heartworm-positive should suffer no long-term effects as long as they are kept on a monthly heartworm preventative.
BE A SPONSOR!!!! Sponsors help Lucky Dog support the many dogs we save. To learn more about sponsorship, please contact at Holly at HollyC@luckydoganimalrescue.org.
