Lilly is a young Chi-Weenie who has had a long journey in a very short life.  She had a family where she sustained some sort of injury in playing with children that injured her spine and paralyzed her.  She is only 3-4 months old and weighs a mere 4 pounds. She is a playful, sweet little puppy who gets along with other dogs.
