From the Foster:   Tobi has been through a lot in the last couple of weeks.  First his daddy passed away and then he got stuck in doggie jail until a relative could sign him over.  In spite of that, he has rallied very well and is becoming more like his old self every day!  I have known Tobi most of his life as he has been a regular at the same dog park as me for several years.  

Tobi is a playful little guy who LOVES wrestling with other dogs - especially ones bigger than him! At home, he loves nothing more than to snuggle and is a truly great lap dog who never misses an opportunity for a belly rub. :)

Tobi would do best with someone who is home all day, or could take him to doggy daycare. He is not used to being left alone for very long.
