This is Minnow, he is a tiny 4 and a half month old wire hair boy. He weighs about half of what he should (about 3 pounds) and you can feel every bone in his body. He came to us as a stray from a local shelter and has gotten some special care to gain some strength and have the ticks and fleas removed that infested his body.
