Time and patience is the key! Today Georgina got in the swimming pool with us all by herself. I wanted her to be okay with water recreation so if her new family goes to the river she can float too.

She is such a cool chick! Playful, sweet, good with kids and other dogs. She loves being a part of it all! She has one "pet peeve", the leash. I think she just doesn't understand its purpose. She will walk but gets frustrated that she is attached to a leash. Other than that she rocks!

She has been working on her house manners and hasn't had an accident in weeks. She sits and goes potty on command too! She sleeps soundly in a kennel at night but would love to have a place in your bed if you let her. Is Georgina the girl for you? Let's get together so you can witness her awesomeness in person!
 

She was scheduled to be euthanized, but San Antonio Pets Alive! saved her and now they are helping her find the forever, loving home that she has never known.

She is currently located at San Antonio Pets Alive!, and is in a foster home. By adopting her, you not only give her a new leash on life; you also save the life of the additional dog who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in foster care.
