All of our dogs are listed on our website and various other sites to increase their adoptability. We require that you provide us with updates on the dog so that we may add to, or modify, the existing profile to accurately represent the personality and habits of the dog. We may also ask for new photos as well. Will you be able to send email updates to us on a regular basis? *

While Anchor Paws Rescue will reimburse/pay for any pre-approved veterinary bills, there are minimal expenses that go along with fostering such as providing a quality dog food, leash & collar, etc. for your foster. Are you able to absorb these costs?*

I agree to give permission for a representative of Anchor Paws Rescue to call the references and veterinary practices I have listed. I also understand that a home visit by an Anchor Paws Rescue representative is required before I am approved. I will review and sign a Foster Home Agreement that will outline my roles and responsibilities while I am entrusted with the care of these animals.
