I agree that Underdog Rescue of AZ ("Organization") shall not be responsible for any and all damage costs or expenses, liquidated or otherwise incurred by the volunteer resulting from volunteering with the Organization, including but not limited to, damage, or injury to persons or property by an adoptable pet. I further understand that adoptable pets may carry diseases and parasites that may be transmissible to humans or other animals. In this connection, the volunteer releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless from any and all liability of any and every nature and cause directly or indirectly relating to this the volunteer work with the Organization.
I acknowledge and agree that any and all personal records of adopters, fosters, or volunteers as related to Underdog Rescue of AZ operations is confidential information. As a volunteer, I understand that I may have access to confidential personal information, both verbal and written, relating to adopters, fosters, volunteers, and the organization. I shall not disclose any confidential information to any person or use any confidential information for the benefit of the Volunteer or any other person. I acknowledge and agree that all originals and copies of records and other documentation containing any confidential information shall be the sole and exclusive property of Underdog Rescue of AZ, and shall be destroyed or returned to Underdog Rescue of AZ upon the written request of the Organization. I also agree not to discuss these same matters after I have left my volunteer position at this organization. I further understand that breach of this agreement shall constitute grounds for and may result in termination of my volunteer status with this organization as well as legal action.
I acknowledge that any content created on behalf of Underdog Rescue of AZ, including photos, videos, recordings, or written materials, remains the property of the Organization. I grant permission and consent to Underdog Rescue of AZ for the use of any photos, written materials, or other materials for any purpose and under any legal condition, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. I understand that there shall be no payment, royalty, fee, or other compensation for this release. I understand that volunteers can use these materials in personal professional portfolios.
If any provision of this agreement is or becomes void or unenforceable by force or operation of law, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. By choosing "I Agree", I agree to adhere to these provisions. I am agreeing of my own free will and not under duress of any kind. I affirm that I have never been charged with animal cruelty and am not an animal dealer or broker.
