I understand the need for proper isolation of the foster cats until they are vaccinated and it is known whether they carry any communicable illnesses.

I understand that cats coming from shelter environments can have behavioral issues. I am committed to working through these behaviors and helping the cat find a forever home.

I understand that all cats with Twice Purrfect Feline Rescue are to be kept strictly indoors.

I understand that all foster cats shall remain the sole property of Twice Purrfect Feline Rescue until they are adopted via an accepted adoption contract.

I understand and accept that Twice Purrfect Feline Rescue makes no warranties concerning the health, temperament, behavior and/or previous ownership of the foster cat(s).

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twice Purrfect Feline Rescue from any direct or indirect consequential damages related to fostering a cat.

I agree to allow Twice Purrfect Feline Rescue representatives the ability to periodically visit my home to check the premises and wellfare of any cat or cats in my possession.

I agree to forever release and hold harmless Twice Purrfect Feline Rescue from any and all actions, suits, debts, claims and demands relating to my foster cat(s) resulting from any cause whatsoever without limitation.
