Please keep in mind that there may be more than one application for a cat. Jellicle Cats Rescue Foundation reserves the right to select the best application for each cat. We reserve the right to decline an application based on the best interest of the cat. The applicant understands that any false, incomplete or misleading statements on this application are grounds for denial of the application and/or immediate return of the cat to the rescue. You will be asked to review and sign a legal Adoption Contract at the time of discharge. Jellicle Cats Rescue Foundation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and may deny adoptions at their discretion. Many of the cats at the rescue have experienced physical and or psychological trauma, coming from the streets, from shelters or having been abandoned by their previous owners. Because of this, Jellicle Cats feels it is imperative that our cats be adopted into homes that offer health, happiness, safety, longevity, stability and permanence. If you are denied adoption of a cat, Jellicle Cats asks that you not feel offended, but realize the rescue and you do not share the same philosophies regarding pet guardianship. All cats must be picked up from the adoption site in a cat carrier. Adoption donations can be paid Cash, Check, Debit or Credit.
