Our primary focus is on assisting animals in Oxford and Lafayette County, MS. For resident outside Lafayette County please check this list of affordable surgery options: www.spaydesoto.com
This form is to help us make the best use of the limited funds available for our program. This program is designed to help cat owners and free roaming cat guardians who could not otherwise afford the essential spay/neuter surgery at regular price. The money for this service is funded solely through donations. The tremendous call for our help with this program outnumbers the funds by far. Therefore, only a limited few can be considered as funds are raised.
Our goal is to spay/neuter as many animals as possible with our limited funds. If you are not approved for a discounted surgery, please know that most often this is due to the limited funds we have available rather than any issue with you or your application. We appreciate everyone that takes an active interest in the health and welfare of their own animals, as well as animals in the community.
We require a co-pay PER ANIMAL see below (price includes rabies vaccination if age appropriate). For cats that are unsocialized/ outside only we may be able to offer a discount. Let us know in the comment field if this fits your cat situation.

Animals have to be in plastic or fabric crates, traps, or cages, absolutely NO CARDBOARD carriers! We ask that your carrier be lined with a throw-away towel in the bottom, in case of urination or defecation accidents. The kittens of nursing mama cats need to be at least 8 weeks old before mama can be spayed. If it is an outside cat, bring it inside the night before surgery or you will not find it the next morning! Remove food at 10 pm the night before surgery, they can have access to water but not to food. No food on morning of surgery, animals must have an empty stomach. If they happen to eat anything on surgery day let us know, we can work around it. I have read an understand these instructions.* Choose one: Yes No
