This form is used to capture details about your foster dog. We use it for three things:
1. Putting a profile write-up on their web page.
2. Helping the adoption coordinators make suggestions to applicants based on personalities and needs.

Please provide a short write-up for the website. Keep it positive as much as possible - this is marketing. Please do mention things that will affect their placement like afraid of kids or any special needs, but no need to go into detail. That's a conversation that needs to happen with an interested applicant, not a profile.
