List every cat that needs spay/neuter surgery. Provide a description: name of the cat, gender, age, color. For example: --> 'Sassy' / female/ 6 months old/ black and white --> 'Tiger' / male / adult / orange tabby --> 'Kitty' / unknown gender / unknown age / gray and white*

On the day of surgery animal(s) need to be dropped off between 6:00 and 6:30 am. Pick up between 3 and 3:30 pm. If you need help with transport, traps, or pet crates give details here.

Animals have to be in plastic or fabric crates, traps, or cages, absolutely NO CARDBOARD carriers! We ask that your carrier be lined with a throw-away towel in the bottom, in case of urination or defecation accidents. The kittens of nursing mama cats need to be at least 8 weeks old before mama can be spayed. If it is an outside cat, bring it inside the night before surgery or you will not find it the next morning! Remove food at 10 pm the night before surgery, they can have access to water but not to food. No food on morning of surgery, animals must have an empty stomach. If they happen to eat anything on surgery day let us know, we can work around it. I have read an understand these instructions.*
