Which animal are you considering for adoption?
Choose an animal:
Are all members of your household aware and on board with adopting a new pet?
Are you an ADULT member of your household?
Did you know -- Feeding and caring for a dog can cost up to $2000 per year!
Are you financially able to manage annual veterinary visits/care, monthly preventatives, and unexpected veterinary expenses (if your pet were to become ill or injured)?
Also note: Our adoption fees are $350 for a dog and $150 for a cat.
Are you willing to work through a minimum two-week adjustment and decompression period for your newly adopted pet to allow time to get used to his/her new environment? Introducing a pet to a new home is a slow process that can require patience. Are you able to provide this level of commitment?
