5k Volunteer Application

Thank you for wanting to be part of our 7th Annual Crate Escape 5k Fun Run/Walk!

The race is hosted at Slater Park in Pawtucket, RI on Sunday, October 8th, 2023 and runners, walkers and dogs are welcomed!

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age is 12 and each volunteer under 18 must have one actively-supervising adult to sign up independently to volunteer with them. Put their name in the family question below and be sure to tell this adult to also sign up.
All volunteers need to arrive on the event day by 7 am and commit to staying through 12:30 pm.

If you can't say yes to both above questions then please wait to volunteer for an event where you can do so. Thank you for understanding! Applications accepted until October 1, 2023.

We are looking for GENERAL VOLUNTEERS who are happy to help where ever they are needed. Below are the volunteer tasks that are critical to making this event a success; please mark all those that you ARE NOT comfortable helping with; we may assign you to any tasks that you DO NOT mark below.
