I understand that if I am accepted as a volunteer and false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in my immediate dismissal.

I agree that I am providing volunteer services to SAVE on my own free will. I understand that SAVE is not responsible for any illness or injury cased by any animals I come into contact with during my volunteer work. I agree to hold harmless and release from liability SAVE should I become sick or injured from any animal as a result of my volunteer work.
