Thank you for applying to join our foster program! We're proud to offer our ever expanding foster community all supplies necessary to care for the pet. Fosters also have the option to provide supplies - there are no expectations either way. We just ask that you communicate to us in a timely manner either way.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I permit 9 Lives Cat Rescue & any of its designated representatives to contact my veterinarian at any point in order to verify the health & wellbeing of any previous/current animals I have/had in my residence(s). Fostering saves lives but comes with understood responsibilities. Listed below are a few but not all of the expected responsibilities that 9LCR will expect of you during the foster period: to care for the animal, provide at least the minimum food portions determined by 9LCR, provide at least the minimum clean water portions determined by 9LCR, wash/wipe out the water bowl(s) every 2 days, provide at minimum the agreed upon shelter determined by 9LCR, & provide a size appropriate litter box that is scooped daily. I understand that this arrangement is temporary & that I will be expected to return the animal upon request on a scheduled date/time/location. I also understand that by fostering, I will not hold 9 Lives Cat Rescue or any of its representatives or affiliates liable for any damages, medical costs, or injuries that may be caused by fostering.
