Volunteer agrees to keep all information strictly confidential and refrain from using it or disclosing it outside the organization. In addition, Volunteer agrees, upon conclusion of volunteering, to return all property, equipment, documents (including electronically stored information) of DGS. 1. To agree to assume the risk of personal injury in the course of volunteer work with DGS, no matter how caused, including such injury that may occur due to dog bites, scratches, communicable diseases or pests. To also agree to hold DGS, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers forever harmless for any injury whatsoever suffered as a result of volunteer activities with DGS. *
2. To acknowledge that any dog rescued by DGS is solely owned by and is property of DGS, and as a DGS volunteer agree not to withhold, sell, or giveaway any dog entrusted by the organization.*
3. To not rescue any animal as a stray or a shelter in the name of DGS without prior authorization from a director, officer or employee of DGS.*
